Stick it upside-down on the sturdy surface area and knock underneath a few times until you are feeling the cake launch onto the dish. Replace any raspberries which were exactly the same with another pan, except place the cake directly on the surface of the other so they are stacked.

Happy Valentines Day, love
Stacey,
That sounds like a good idea. Make sure to use fresh cherries! Let me understand how as it happens.
Lynn,
That's thus exciting to listen to that you will be baking it to get a luncheon; I would store it in a wedding cake carrier with simple lid - they will most likely have these at a Target or Walmart store. The raspberries will stay refreshing, but definetly wait until the following day to best powdered sugar. Or if you'd like it a lot more decadent, I suggest a chocolates glaze.
I simply finished causeing this to be today for my mom's 40th birthday. It proved amazing, so fluffy and moist!
I actually used cherries instead of raspberries and it worked great. Love you're recipes, and now my mom will too!
